SURPRISE!!!

Alright as Luke is leaving for thailand this saturday for a month ( What the hell is army doing?!) i have decided to plan a day out with him. Though its not a FUN day but still a movie and a dinner hmm perhaps a drink after that?
I wasnt supposed to tell him where i gonna bring him to and i DIDNT...
So here it goes, i had a hard 2 days for planning where to bring him to for a good dinner if not a place for a fun outing. I planned movie and Night Safari, i realised in the dark perhaps can only see eyes of the animals ( I will go someday haaa) and some mosquitoes feeding session as well? So i cancelled that somemore its till 12am if i am not wrong like so EARLY?! anywae i changed the idea to ZOOLOGICAL GARDENS and i realised the HEAT can really kill people these days...oh sigh no place! HOW?!HOW?!HOW?! alright so i remember the night SKU LUGE; its lighted with colorful thingy along the tracks and they mention its NEW! and SKY RIDES in Sentosa, went to check out the prices, pretty reasonable but i dont wanna ride like 1 hour and then got off and said i planned the whole fun outing already cos sentosa only sightseeing mostly? or perhaps i dont know only? well....
EVERYTHING NONONONONONo, i headed to search for food instead!
I want a place that has a nice ambience and good food... i found a good place from an online users food website and i went in the particular site its pretty cool, nice ambience and stuffs.... I will bring him there after he RETURNS! =)
After all the craps above, still we will be watching PS I LOVE YOU and a DINNER ATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT

Though its not somewhere pricing-wise reasonable but i guess i will pay for the ambience
as for the food i am too sure, i checked out with Yiling she said the ambience its damn nice... alright so DAMN NICE IT SHALL BE! I reserved the table anyway but the staff over the phone doesnt sound TOO nice.
Staff: So when are you coming tomorrow?
Me: Oh perhaps 6 plus pm?
Staff: Could you please specify the timing, cos WE ONLY RESERVE FOR 15 MINS! (raise voice)
Me: Oh, 6.30pm then.
Staff: If you are coming late tomorrow please call in to tell us thank you.
After i hung up i was thinking... Did she just mentioned they RESERVED TABLE FOR ONLY 15 MINS?
Hey come on if a customer RESERVE a table it simply meant that this customer is really sincere about having a MEAL there to even pick up the phone and rang them up despite SEVERAL attempts of busy calls from them!
Besides, would a customer want to reserve a table to risk of LOSING IT WITHIN 15 MINS?!
then what does RESERVATION stands for?
I dont meant that the customer should come an hour later from the reserved time, but what they should do is reserved the table even if the CUSTOMERS have not arrived. Direct other customers awaiting to other AVAILABLE tables but if the house is really FULL then GIVE UP the reserved table to the customer waiting, if the RANG-UP customers are not here yet. This shld be the Reservation Rule isnt it?
Definitely not warning the customer of 15 mins reservation-rule.
Anyway i will call again tomorrow to change the timing to 8pm due to the movie =)
Lastly, a drink at Jewel Box? hmmmmm
This will make a VERY PERFECT NIGHT before he flies off on saturday.
We will have a good date. =)

Missed

I never imagine i will miss this important date. They should have called me on the HANDPHONE.
SIA emailed me last friday which is my last day of examinations to get prepared for an interview which falls on Sunday which is yesterday. I saw the email this afternoon when i happenned to check my mail cos its piling up, looking at the date on my HP, i never imagine i will missed it.
Now i am deciding should i just leave it as things are or do something about it.

Valentine's Day!

HEY guys, 2 papers down for me!!! left 2 more! hang in there 2 more just 2more arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh......
Its Valentine's Day before my killer paper, was very bored and finally i managed to pester Luke to bring me out. It was a very last minute plan, we've got no idea where to head to, so he somehow drove to Kallang area cos the view there was indeed pretty good. Surprisingly, there was this eatery there 'Brewerkz' . He had eaten the food there before at other places, so he thought we might want to have our dinner there since ITS THERE u see ha ha... We wanted to head for Joo Chiat for the very famous Wan Ton Mee as it was very last minute the choices are very limited. I was having a bet with him that most of the tables are reserved because it wasnt very crowded but to my surprise there are more than available seats for us! Perhaps the place pretty far for most people hmm not so accessible i supposed? But still we had our dinner there, the ambience was good, and of cos the drinks there ( Only serve beers, wine and cocktails) SUPERB! Their beers are all feshly brewed and they have really unique taste for beer. Its the very first time i had STRAWBERRY BEER!!! very light taste of strawberry , little bitterness and smooth! its really good for a Valentine's Day! =)
Luke was addicted to the Strawberry Beer and kept dranking from my glass ha ha but his Golden Ale was good too! Their serving for course meal is SUPER BIG, and of cos the total bills are ahem steep too... But its a nice experience still. Though its a short night out, i still enjoyed very much.
I am very very happy. Thanks for making the night perfect! Oh not forgetting the special bear he got for me! =D will post the pic of it soon!

HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR! =D

Guys i am back! alright several people complained that they kept seeing 'WE ARE ON TOP OF THE CALENDER' , ok i know that so now 'WE ARE SECOND ROW ON THE CALENDER!!!'. Ha ha... 6th Feb its reunion dinner day! yummy yummy! I will be heading out in the evening to my dad's bro hse (5th Ah Pek) sounds weird ok but anyway I was wondering if its my 1st time dining out on CHU XI YE, well i cant really remember. Normally my family will just have steamboat feast at home. Perhaps after dinner will be heading off to some pub for couple of drinks with Luke and sisters.
My mind will be shut for exams for NOW! My exams start on the 15th all the way till 22nd Feb... ITS CHINESE NEW YEAR! I will try not to sigh.
But still, wishing everyone and their families a very Happy Chinese New Year! , best of health, a prosperous new year and and and ALL THE BEST THINGS GOES TO EVERYONE OF US! =D
WILL BE BACK WITH PHOTOS PROBABLY AFTER EXAMS! I TRY ALRIGHT! =)
